Who ISL Online is
ISL Online has made remote support software since 2001. It is developed in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and used by IT service providers worldwide. Since September 2025, ISL Online has been part of PDQ, a US maker of management software. It remains a standalone product, with the same team in Ljubljana.

Help while you watch
If something gets stuck, you start a small program and give us a code. We see your screen, fix the problem while you watch, and the connection ends as soon as we are done. No site visit for a five-minute problem.
Maintenance without you having to be there
For servers and computers we manage, we can also connect by agreement without anyone at the screen, for example to install updates in the evening.

Frequently asked questions
Can you get onto my computer whenever you like?
No. For remote help, you start the session yourself and give permission. Unattended access is only set up on devices we manage by agreement.
What do you see of my computer?
Only what is on the screen during the session. You watch along and can end the connection at any time.
